By accessing or using CleverBet Sports (cleverbet.io) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Service description

CleverBet Sports publishes sports-betting picks and analysis for entertainment and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site is financial advice or a guarantee of outcome. Past performance does not predict future results. You bet at your own risk.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where sports wagering is legal to use this service.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your /account page or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

All sales are final. Subscription fees, including Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Seasonal plans, are non-refundable in whole or in part once charged. This includes (without limitation) cases where you have viewed posted picks, the slate did not produce winning plays, you cancel mid-period, you change your mind, or you decide the service did not meet your expectations. By subscribing you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

We do not refund proration on cancellation. We do not pause subscriptions. Plan changes are not available through the Customer Portal at this time. To switch plans, cancel and resubscribe at the new tier when the current period ends.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for charges you knowingly authorized constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of access, and referral to collections.

Account use

One subscription per person. Sharing account credentials, scraping the site, or redistributing posted picks (paid or free) is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

Limitation of liability

CleverBet Sports is not liable for any losses, missed wins, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
